Requirements
Proven experience selling value‑added services and leading commercial operations in the technology and B2B consulting sector.
Established relationships within the banking sector and experience leading high‑level negotiations with large financial institutions.
Ability to prepare and develop commercial proposals that highlight tangible, measurable benefits for clients, leveraging Minsait’s offering effectively.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with a strong ability to influence decision‑makers.
Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
Strategic vision to adapt technology solutions to the specific demands of the financial market.
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related fields.
Fluency in Spanish will be considered an advantage.
Continuous up‑to‑date knowledge of technology trends and innovations in consulting and financial services.
