Role Overview
- Provide legal support and advice to the Real Time Payments business
- Manage commercial relationships and contracts with stakeholders
- Identify and manage various legal issues including regulatory and privacy matters
- Represent legal in governance forums and collaborate with internal teams
- Manage external legal advisors effectively
Requirements
- Qualified Lawyer with a strong academic background
- 5+ years PQE preferred but open to other levels of experience
- Ability to identify key legal issues and articulate solutions
- Strong drafting, writing, oral communication, and negotiating skills
- Strong experience in relationship building and stakeholder management
- Prior experience with commercial contracting or regulated industries is critical
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
