Develop and monitor project schedules focused on product initiatives, considering the full scope from initiation through implementation, stabilization, and handover.
Translate operational needs to the Product team so they can develop changes aligned with operations.
Monitor feature development by the Product team and filter what should be implemented in operations (when and how).
Responsible for overseeing testing of new product features.
Define processes that ensure successful implementations, as well as the KPIs to be monitored, covering the entire product-focused project scope, including operational, system-related, and other aspects.
Ensure execution of projects using internal and external resources.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget (when applicable).
Evaluate software specifications and changes with the Product team to ensure alignment with operational needs.
Develop monitoring reports/dashboards for Product projects.
Interact with multiple teams to consolidate information.
Document decisions, processes, and risks.
Propose solutions and drive rapid improvements to work methods and systems.
Collect and analyze data.
Implement reports as needed.
Implement improvements, define new processes, and ensure action plans are executed with the relevant areas.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience leading improvement projects such as Kaizen and/or Gemba, as well as process mapping.
Experience leading improvement projects.
Proficient in SQL.
Advanced English.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Experience with Lean, PDCA, and other continuous improvement tools.
Nice to have: Green Belt certification and proficiency with data visualization/extraction tools such as Power BI and DataStudio.
