Handling grievances, workplace conflicts and policy violations from intake to final resolution
Ensuring strict adherence to regional labor laws and global internal policies
Leading high-stakes investigations into harassment, discrimination, retaliation and misconduct
Leading the design and execution of internal and external HR audit programs to identify risks and ensure 100% adherence to statutory requirements
Developing, streamlining and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the ER lifecycle to ensure consistency, scalability and operational excellence
Collaborating with HRBPs on corrective actions, performance improvement plans (PIPs) and behavioral concerns
Overseeing the compliance and documentation for international transfers and immigration requirements
Requirements
10+ years of HR experience with at least 5 years focused on ER and 3+ years in an HRBP/Generalist capacity
Proven track record in managing large-scale audit programs and strengthening HR operations through rigorous compliance reviews
Demonstrated ability to draft and implement SOPs that improve efficiency and mitigate legal risks
Unique emotional maturity and the ability to act as a culture champion in sensitive situations
Hands-on experience supporting a workforce of up to 2,000 employees
Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM) is a plus
