Role Overview

• Oversee the development, implementation, and management of a comprehensive regulatory audit program.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Manage state and federal regulatory audits across multiple lines of business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders.
• Manage audit processes to maintain compliance when responding to regulatory requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, or a related field.
• Master's degree is a plus
• Professional certification (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional) is a plus.

• 10 years’ experience in compliance program management and audit leadership, including deep knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk assessment.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Proficiency in audit tools and software.
• Strong comprehension of quality assurance and improvement processes.
