Administer, install, configure, and upgrade Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
Monitor and optimize performance (tuning, indexes, execution plans, wait events).
Plan capacity and automate operational routines, orchestrating backup/restore and disaster recovery, using advanced analytics to support anomaly detection and anticipate issues.
Implement and operate HA/DR: Oracle RAC/Data Guard, SQL Server Always On, Log Shipping, PostgreSQL replication (WAL
Write-Ahead Logging).
Manage security, auditing, and compliance (LGPD), access controls, and encryption.
Support squads: data modeling, SQL reviews, migrations, and troubleshooting.
Lead migrations/updates between versions/engines on-premises and in the cloud.
Document architectures, standards, runbooks, and playbooks.
Collaborate with multiple teams/business units, aligning SLAs/OLAs and managing incidents/changes.
Build automation and operational analysis tools, including event correlation, automated recommendations, and predictive analytics (database-focused).

Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Intermediate English.
Strong experience administering databases: Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.
Experience with cloud databases (e.g., AWS RDS).
Experience implementing and maintaining database replication.
Experience with generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to support troubleshooting, log analysis, query optimization, and automation of operational routines.
