Work in Sales Administration, performing activities related to the sales process, planning forecasts and monitoring their fulfillment, ensuring delivery of goods and the company’s financial return, and attending to customers within the agreed deadlines and conditions.
Participate in the planning and development of sales projects and plans, gathering information for decision-making, negotiating terms and conditions with customers, and monitoring company production to ensure a smoother service flow for customers.
Carry out tasks related to the operational management of sales administration and contribute to the development and execution of actions within the deadlines, scope, quantity and quality agreed with the customer.
Monitor and enable the fulfillment of the billing plan reflected in the account portfolio.
Be involved in the sales process, such as receiving orders, updating the customer portfolio, requesting customer registrations, controlling stock levels and assisting production planning, ensuring the achievement of projected revenue.
Manage the delivery process, ensuring agreed deadlines, tracking delivery indicators and seeking freight solutions with the Transportation area.
Monitor compliance with forecasts.
Negotiate delivery terms and service conditions with customers, seeking the best service flow and efficiency in meeting planned targets.

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business or a related field.
Experience with SAP is desirable.
Intermediate Excel skills.
