About this role
Role Overview
Own CJM demo strategy across Adobe Journey Optimizer (B2C & B2B), Campaign, Target, Marketo, Dynamic Chat, and Agentic Apps
Develop demos across our three-tier model (video, clickable, live)
Own demo environment strategy and tooling (Demo System Next, Walnut, Consensus)
Lead Agentic Apps demo readiness—curating scripts and prompt libraries that showcase advanced agent capabilities
Champion discoverability through Demo Hub, actively enable the global field on new offerings
Manage programs across tools, solutions, and industries—driving alignment, mitigating risks, and owning critical metrics reporting on demo effectiveness
Requirements
5+ years in demo strategy, solutions consulting, pre-sales, or a related GTM role
Direct experience with B2C and B2B digital marketing platforms (Adobe experience preferred)
Technical fluency with platform workflows, schemas, data flow, and integration points in a martech ecosystem
Track record managing complex, cross-functional programs across product, marketing, engineering, and field teams
Excellent communicator—comfortable presenting to senior leaders and global audiences
Strong academic credentials including a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or Information Technology, and an MBA or equivalent experience.
