Act as the internal knowledge point of contact, identifying recurring questions or knowledge gaps and proactively resolving them through documentation updates or process improvements.
Partner with operations and compliance teams to ensure documentation accuracy and alignment with real-world processes.
Continuously improve how our teams access and use internal knowledge, proposing structural or systemic enhancements.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in knowledge management, process documentation, or operational enablement — ideally in healthcare, tech, or other regulated industries.
Proven ability to turn complex, technical processes into clear, actionable documentation.
Strong systems-thinking mindset and an analytical approach to process design.
Hands-on experience with tools like Confluence, Notion, Zendesk, and Google Workspace.
Detail-oriented and self-driven, with the ability to manage multiple documentation and improvement projects simultaneously.
