Support the implementation and improvement of commercial processes;
Ensure execution of routines: correct use of the CRM, data updates, and pipeline monitoring;
Organize and lead operational rituals (monitoring meetings, cadence and alignments);
Document processes, workflows and support materials;
Train and guide consultants on processes and tools;
Support relationships with vendors (CRM, customer support, AI), ensuring proper information flow;
Update partners with information about courses, campaigns and changes;
Identify operational bottlenecks and highlight opportunities for improvement;
Assist in resolving day-to-day issues, helping to unblock operations;
Provide support to the enrollment team, ensuring organization and smooth process flow.
