Role Overview
- Own the creative quality and direction for the market
- Build Canva's brand locally through storytelling and fame-building campaigns
- Lead and elevate a small local creative team
- Partner closely with Marketing and Growth, managing agency relationships
- Ensure culturally relevant and empathetic customer-facing communications
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of relevant experience
- Native Indonesian speaker with business-level English
- Excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia
- Deep experience in social media, particularly TikTok
- Experience in leading or contributing to fame-building, culturally resonant campaigns
- Strong instincts for feedback and direction in creative projects
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
- Worked in agency, start-up, or in-house teams at top brands
