Inventory Management: Define and control DC inventory to reduce stockouts without creating excess (optimal inventory) for the assigned responsibility group.
KPIs: Report and monitor area indicators, driving process improvements and better inventory management.
Follow standardized area processes, continuously monitor process performance, and alert the manager in case of deviations.
Apply continuous improvement methods (PDCA — Plan-Do-Check-Act) and identify root causes of DC replenishment issues.
Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams, representing the area in meetings.
Lead replenishment projects, whether individual or cross-functional, aimed at continuous improvement.
Ensure execution of area routines, serving internal and external stakeholders with structured analyses and arguments, agility, and organization.
Support the team or peers in onboarding and maintaining activities, and work collaboratively to foster productive, efficient relationships.
Conduct trainings and represent the area in meetings that may involve internal or external customers and partners.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain/Operations, or related Exact Sciences
Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint — intermediate/advanced)
