Role Overview
- Support the planning, coordinating, ordering, tracking, and ensuring compliance of voice and data circuits from inception to installation.
- Coordinate with network, voice, and cyber engineers for circuit turnover, installation, and operations.
- Receive orders for dedicated voice, data, and internet services and provision those services via various high-capacity digital services.
- Review and approve invoices for new circuits and coordinate activities with engineers, vendors, and personnel.
- Verify order paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
- Demonstrate proficiency in deciding correct paths, vendors, and equipment to utilize.
- Coordinate issue resolution with vendors and teams.
- Update circuits tracking databases and trouble management systems.
- Provide communication regarding issue status/resolution with stakeholders.
- Create and maintain circuit documentation.
- Perform quality assurance audits.
- Assist with creation and analysis of Circuit Provisioning status reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalency
- Five or more years of experience in telecommunications
- Microsoft Teams and Office 365 experience
- Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain
- Must be U.S. citizen
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
