Lead meetings with the Operations team to perform the initial alignment of the scope for complex services and/or projects, mapping and/or reviewing requirements, project scope and other definitions to ensure internal alignment between delivery teams and the service agreed with the Sales/Commercial team.
Conduct initial meetings with Redbelt Security clients to align the scope of complex services and/or projects, requirements, activities for each phase, responsible parties, deadlines and other variables, ensuring alignment between the client and Redbelt Security’s Operations teams.
Develop detailed planning for complex services and/or projects, based on specific methodologies and the defined scope, structuring tasks and owners, deadlines for each project phase, cadence of meetings and monitoring reports, and other variables, producing a formal project plan for subsequent implementation management.
Monitor adherence to the execution schedule of complex services and/or projects for Redbelt Security clients through reports that measure timelines and compliance with planned execution, while assessing and suggesting improvements and proposing corrective actions to meet the plan within the established deadlines.
Monitor complex services and/or projects regarding requirements, deadlines, activities and quality, producing status reports according to the established cadence for control and intervention as needed.
Ensure that planned deliverables for each phase of complex services and/or projects are met in terms of scope, schedule, cost and quality by evaluating results, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions such as contingency plans and/or rescheduling activities to deliver services and/or projects as initially agreed.
Serve as the interface between Redbelt Security clients and all teams involved in the design and delivery of complex services and/or projects, such as Cloud Security, Red Team, Blue Team, GRC, etc., assessing and suggesting improvements to deliver within scope, schedule and quality.
Provide status reports to clients according to the established cadence for project phases based on the agreed schedule, using specific tools; intervene in critical cases and engage Redbelt Security internal teams for appropriate handling, aiming to deliver the project with client satisfaction.
Monitor project knowledge and the services delivered to Redbelt Security clients by organizing and documenting deliverables throughout the service lifecycle to formalize project closure.
Coordinate the team from both technical and behavioral perspectives, monitoring attendance and performance, providing feedback, recommending training and development, promotions and salary progression, and interacting with HR to apply and manage people management tools and processes to promote a positive organizational climate and ensure fulfillment of corporate demands.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Systems Analysis, Computer Science or related fields + Postgraduate degree in Project Management, Business Administration, People Management or Technologies.
Proficiency in Project Management (traditional and agile).
PMP certification.
CSM or PSM certification.
Knowledge of the ISO 27001 standard.
Knowledge of ITIL.
Knowledge of COBIT.
