Senior DevOps Analyst

Role Overview

• Act as a technical reference in AWS, defining architecture standards that ensure resilience, high scalability and security for digital products and the data ecosystem.
• Lead the Infrastructure as Code (IaC) strategy, ensuring governance and standardization of modules and state management through Terraform.
• Promote and manage the use of modern technologies, including Containers (Kubernetes), microservices, APIs and messaging services for high-volume data flows.
• Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins, ensuring fast, secure and consistent production deployments.
• Support the rollout and governance of new repositories and services, ensuring integration between development squads and the data area.
• Participate in coding internal automations and tools alongside other engineers, applying Clean Code, SOLID and Clean Architecture principles.
• Monitor environment health using the ELK stack, establishing risk mitigation plans and ensuring product performance and scalability.
• Respond promptly and decisively to critical incidents, performing root cause analyses (RCAs) and proposing definitive improvements.
• Make active decisions on new technologies and standards that support the product strategy and the evolution of the #TechInsurance platform.

Requirements

• Technical Experience and Tooling (Hard Skills):
• Cloud Computing (AWS): Solid, in-depth experience in AWS architecture and services, ensuring resilience and scalability of production and data environments.
• Containers and Orchestration: Strong knowledge of Docker and hands-on experience administering Kubernetes clusters.
• DevOps & CI/CD: Proficiency with Jenkins and code management tools such as Git and Bitbucket, using the Gitflow workflow.
• Databases: Experience managing and optimizing relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases.
• Architecture and Integration: Proven experience with microservices, APIs and messaging services ecosystems.
• Observability: Practical knowledge of the ELK stack (Elastic, Logstash, Kibana) for monitoring and log analysis.
• Development: Familiarity with one of the languages or frameworks: Python/Django, PHP/Laravel or Vue.js.
• Quality and Standards: Strong knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Test-Driven Development (TDD), Clean Architecture, Clean Code and SOLID.
• Methodologies and Management: Practical experience with agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) and mastery of JIRA.
