Lead the renewal processes for corporate insurance policies, with a focus on Property, General Liability (RC), Directors & Officers (D&O), Cyber, Transport/Transit, Engineering Risks, Surety, and other lines.
Gather, review and validate documents required for the settlement of high-complexity claims.
Manage relationships and communication with insurers, brokers and internal departments.
Implement and monitor internal controls, compliance adherence and governance of insurance processes.
Prepare technical analyses, reports and recommendations to support decision-making.
Ensure organization, due diligence, traceability and standardization of processes.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Law or related fields.
Proven experience in the insurance market: insurers, brokers and corporate clients (client-side).
In-depth knowledge of Property insurance and handling/settlement of complex claims.
Strong analytical skills and understanding of policies, clauses, coverages, deductibles, calculations and market conditions.
Knowledge of governance processes, compliance and internal controls applied to insurance.
Intermediate to advanced English and/or Spanish is a plus.
