About this role
Role Overview
- The apprenticeship spans over two years, during which apprentices will receive competitive compensation and a flexible schedule to accommodate their class schedule.
- During the program, apprentices will work 20-25 hours per week at our Sarasota home office while maintaining school full time.
- Apprentices will have the opportunity to gain exposure to different roles and departments, which will broaden their knowledge and skillset.
Requirements
- Manatee or Sarasota County high school senior graduating in May of 2026
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze, define and solve problems; the use of good judgement and decision-making.
