Lead the Information Security strategy team responsible for Blue Team, Red Team, and SecOps.
Ensure proper utilization of resources, and manage issues, dependencies, and risks throughout the project and initiative lifecycle, ensuring compliance with methodologies, plans, and budgets.
Own budget management, from defining budgets and conducting negotiations with the procurement team to overseeing payments and monitoring services and resources to guarantee budget execution in line with company plans and guidelines.
Manage day-to-day activities with the teams, ensuring alignment, direction, and support whenever necessary.
Lead people in your team, serving as a point of support in times of need, assisting with daily tasks and, importantly, supporting the individual career development of each team member.
Maintain effective interaction and communication with Tech areas and other business units.
Requirements
Experience in the Information Security discipline, with at least 2 years in a security leadership role.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related IT fields.
MBA or postgraduate specialization.
Desired certifications: CISSP, CEH, CISM, or related credentials.
Language: Advanced English.
Courses and specialization in project management, security technologies, and cloud environments.
Advanced knowledge of frameworks and methodologies such as CSA, CIS Controls, NIST CSF, and MITRE ATT&CK.
Definition of Information Security processes following industry best practices.
Security solutions for protection and detection of network and endpoint attacks.
