Senior Site Contracts Manager – Sponsor Dedicated

Role Overview

• Negotiate and manage US site budgets and clinical trial agreements (CTAs)
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and major academic institutions
• Lead direct negotiations with large academic institutions and other critical stakeholders
• Draft and finalize clinical trial agreements
• Conduct due diligence checks
• Prioritize and lead multiple contracting projects across several therapeutic areas
• Maintain accurate and timely updates in departmental trackers and databases

Requirements

• 4+ years creating US contracts from templates
• Direct experience negotiating budgets and contracts with large academic institutions
• Ability to juggle priorities, lead projects, and deliver results under tight timelines
• Strong understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and site-related milestones (e.g., SIV)
• Bachelor's degree
