Role Overview
- Lead the vision and strategic evolution of the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS)
- Drive platform enhancements, ensuring stability and scalability
- Oversee all CTMS validation, testing, documentation, and change control activities
- Partner with study team and operational leaders to ensure CTMS features support high-quality execution
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience with CTMS or similar clinical systems
- Strong understanding of clinical study operations
- Proven ability to lead digital governance across multiple systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Graduate degree (science preferred)
