Teach practice-oriented content — from fundamentals to advanced applications.
Create presentations, exercises and learning materials.
Collaborate with the team to continuously improve learning content and coordinate with other instructors.
Requirements
University degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business or a comparable qualification.
Several years of professional experience in online marketing, preferably in an agency, start-up or corporate setting.
Broad, all-round knowledge and deep expertise in at least one of the following areas: Performance Marketing (SEA, PPC, Paid Social, Tracking, Analytics) or Organic Social Media Marketing (content strategy, Instagram/TikTok/LinkedIn, editorial planning).
Strong affinity for AI and initial experience automating marketing processes.
Didactic experience in adult education or a clear motivation to develop these skills.
Confident and professional handling of diverse target groups.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Enjoy making complex topics simple and easy to understand.
Willingness to work with digital learning environments (MS Teams, Zoom, LMS).
