Responsibility for the availability, efficiency and standardization of cooling and ventilation systems in critical infrastructures
Operation, planning and commissioning in close cooperation with internal specialists and external partners
Further development of our sites toward high sustainability and energy efficiency using modern control systems and digital tools
Interface coordination across Switzerland with a clear focus on quality, safety and stability
Establishment and maintenance of standards, monitoring and continuous improvement

Degree (ETH/University/University of Applied Sciences) in refrigeration engineering or heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), plus further training in project management or energy efficiency
Several years of experience in industrial refrigeration and ventilation technology as well as in the planning, commissioning or operation of critical supply infrastructures
Deep knowledge of building automation and control systems such as SCADA and Building Management Systems, and ideally experience with the Internet of Things (IoT)
Technical understanding of complex plant networks and standardization across multiple sites
Ability to analyse complex issues, think systemically and make sound decisions
Communicative, solution-oriented and persuasive when dealing with internal and external stakeholders
Reliable, committed and enjoy working as part of a team
Excellent German and English, both written and spoken; French is an advantage
Willingness to travel within Switzerland
