Proven 8-12 years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect leading enterprise-scale implementations
Deep hands-on expertise across Salesforce platforms (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, integrations, and data architecture)
Demonstrated ability to lead solution architecture, govern technical delivery, and manage technical risk
Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting sales pursuits, proposal development, and client presentations
Ability to engage confidently with senior client stakeholders, including executive leadership
Track record of meeting billability targets and delivering premium, high-value consulting services
Experience in consulting or professional services environments
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Technical Architect, Application Architect, Integration Architecture Designer)
Experience contributing to or leading thought leadership, industry speaking, or technical publications
Exposure to sustainability, ESG, digital platforms, or complex regulatory environments
