Manage and integrate sales and customer relationship channels, promoting multiple ways to connect with the market to expand reach, commercial efficiency and value generation;
Design and evolve customer relationship and service models across the organization, ensuring consistency of the value proposition, competitive differentiation and support for commercial strategies;
Manage sales center, customer service and CX operations, focusing on performance, revenue growth, operational efficiency and excellence in the customer journey, ensuring alignment with the company's targets and strategic guidelines;
Responsible for managing public tender processes, private quotations and sales intelligence, ensuring governance, compliance, competitiveness and analytical support for commercial decisions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields;
MBA preferred;
Experience in Commercial Excellence preferred, focusing on different sales channel models—particularly sales intelligence, sales center, public tenders, customer service center and CX (Customer Experience);
Advanced English;
Intermediate Spanish;
MS Office (advanced Excel) and BI tools;
Analytical skills and commercial storytelling;
Willingness to travel (meetings, branch visits and corporate events).
