Sales Manager – Sales

Role Overview

• You are responsible for identifying and contacting potential clients.
• You develop innovative sales strategies for our video production services and implement them.
• You create win-win situations in sales negotiations.
• You work closely with our creative team to develop a variety of content ideas.
• You are responsible for measuring the success of social media projects to optimize our sales strategies.
• You monitor current trends in video production and adjust our offerings accordingly.
• You prepare compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• You test new and creative approaches in sales.

Requirements

• You have a completed degree or an equivalent qualification in media, marketing, or sales.
• You have extensive experience in sales, ideally within video production.
• You understand the technical and creative aspects of video production.
• You communicate effectively with team members and demonstrate strong leadership skills.
• You already have experience in budget management and controlling.
• You have knowledge of risk management and problem-solving.
• You are flexible and self-directed and can respond to requests at short notice.
• You are proficient with CRM software and sales tools.
• You have a strong passion for video production and a deep understanding of the industry.
