Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business goals, customer needs, and market opportunities.
Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to develop and launch new products.
Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
Create detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, define product features, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
Advocate for the customer by understanding their needs, pain points, and feedback.
Work closely with UX/UI designers to create user-centric designs and ensure a seamless user experience.
Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the product.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and impact.
Analyze product performance data to make data-driven decisions and optimize product features.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Fintech trends, industry regulations, compliance requirements, emerging fraud solution technologies, and best practices.
Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement within the product and processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in the Fintech industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing and launching Fintech products.
Strong understanding of financial services, banking, payments, or related Fintech areas.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Jira, Trello).
