Role Overview
- Assessment of the migration project to Active Directory 2022
- Compatibility matrix: identify AD dependencies with client applications
- Active Directory topology: analyze the current environment and define required remediations
- Update the Active Directory migration documentation
- Drafting the Technical Architecture Document (DAT)
- Implementation and deployment of Active Directory 2022
- Contribute to the development of a secure template
- Validate the directory’s proper operation during the transition
- Produce the procedures required for updates
- Support teams during the deployment of new Domain Controllers (DCs)
- Participate in related projects around Active Directory, including AD restore
Requirements
- Proven experience in Active Directory domain architecture and administration
- In-depth Active Directory expertise
- Strong understanding of Active Directory architecture
- Management of multiple Active Directory and physical sites
- Knowledge of Active Directory topology
- Experience with Active Directory security
- Delegation management
- Knowledge of security standards and best practices
- DNS
- ADFS
- Experience with large-scale Active Directory migrations
- Project management skills
- Experience producing project deliverables and technical documentation
