Drafting corporate documents related to company life events (incorporations, amendments to statutes, share transfers, dissolutions/liquidations, etc.)
Drafting documents related to restructuring operations (transfer of control, sale of business assets, capital increases/decreases, mergers, partial asset contributions, universal transfer of assets (TUP), etc.)
Drafting contracts (intragroup agreements, shareholders’ agreements, leases, etc.)
Supervising and/or handling the companies’ annual legal requirements
Supervising and/or handling formalities related to completed transactions, updating statutory registers, filing and invoicing
Managing client relationships for assigned files and liaising directly with all departments and staff of the firm.

Master’s degree (Bac+5) such as DJCE/DESS in Business Law and Taxation, or equivalent
Proven significant experience in a similar role, ideally gained in a law firm or accounting firm
Strong sense of responsibility
Genuine team spirit
Ability to work autonomously in managing assignments
Positive, meticulous, with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
