About this role
Role Overview
- Take charge of handling simple and/or complex legal corporate and commercial law matters;
- Draft corporate documents relating to companies' lifecycle events (incorporations, amendments to articles of association, share transfers, dissolutions/liquidations, etc.);
- Draft documents related to restructuring transactions (changes of control, transfers of business assets, capital increases/reductions, mergers, partial asset contributions, full transfer of assets (TUP), etc.);
- Draft contracts (intragroup agreements, shareholders’ agreements, leases, etc.);
- Supervise and/or take responsibility for the companies’ annual legal requirements;
- Supervise and/or handle the formalities related to completed operations, update registers, filing, and billing;
- Manage client relationships for assigned files;
- Liaise directly with all departments and colleagues within the firm;
- Use of POLYACTE software.
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) such as DJCE / DESS in Business Law and Taxation;
- Proven significant experience in a similar position, ideally acquired in a law firm or an accounting firm;
- Strong sense of responsibility;
- Genuine team spirit;
- Ability to work autonomously in managing assignments;
- Positive, rigorous, and possessing strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
