Tone of Voice: Serve as the primary executor in translating the brand narrative and identity into a distinct voice for social media communication.
Community Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with the online community. Respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social platforms. Encourage discussions and interactions within the brand’s communities and with partner communities, guided by the brand voice.
Customer Support: Act as the main point of contact between the brand and its engaged communities. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Audience Growth: Propose community-centered initiatives to grow the brand’s social media following. Identify and engage with brand partners and their channels.
Social Media Account Content Publishing: Monitor social channels for brand mentions and relevant industry conversations. Manage online feedback—both positive and negative. Carry out occasional copywriting tasks aligned with the brand’s tone of voice. Identify recurring topics that could inspire content.
Requirements
Fluent German (C2) and advanced English (C1), both spoken and written.
Confident user of social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok.
Strong interest and solid knowledge of sports and lifestyle (sub)cultures.
Some practical social media experience, particularly in community management—ideally within creative agencies, publishers, or brands.
Responsible and proactive problem-solver.
Team player comfortable collaborating closely with colleagues and stakeholders in a distributed/hybrid model.
Basic working knowledge of project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace.
Figma proficiency is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
