Develop and maintain metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and reports related to credit granting and guarantees;
Understand and propose credit strategies to be used by the cooperatives;
Monitor and contribute to tracking new credit originations and the maturation of the loan portfolio;
Produce studies and new proposals on credit granting and guarantees, analyzing member profiles, products, and stages of the credit cycle;
Collaborate with different product teams, supporting analyses and new data/information perspectives;
Assist cooperatives and provide advisory support on credit granting and guarantee strategies;

Bachelor's degree preferred in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting and Actuarial Sciences, Engineering, Economics, or related areas;
Analytical mindset;
Strong writing skills, ability to synthesize information, and effective communication;
Experience in credit and the financial market;
Experience with programming languages such as SQL, Python, and R;
Experience creating reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Databricks, Tableau, or Excel;
Experience in data analysis, monitoring KPIs, and developing ad-hoc studies;
Intermediate English preferred
