Reporting to the EVP, Human Resources, the Bilingual HR Manager will be a key member of Sefas’s HR team.
This hybrid role combines responsibilities typically associated with an HR Manager and an HR Generalist, with an operational remit covering all HR functions.
Key player in workforce planning, organizational design, employee relations and performance management.
Anticipate risks and provide pragmatic HR advice aligned with business priorities.
Support leadership teams through transformations, reorganizations and organizational changes.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources, in an HR Manager or HR Business Partner role.
Master’s degree (Bac+5) or equivalent, with a specialization in labor law or human resources.
Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
Strong expertise in CSE governance and in relations with employee representatives.
Excellent knowledge of French labor law and regulatory frameworks, with a proven ability to ensure compliance.
Knowledge of the Syntec collective bargaining agreement is a plus.
Experience with HR information systems (HRIS), ideally BambooHR.
Strong business acumen, solid negotiation skills and the ability to anticipate and manage risks.
Ability to work on both strategic and operational topics within an agile HR team.
