Role Overview
- Issue documents related to vacations, payroll, timekeeping, terminations, labor charges and benefits to ensure service to requesting departments.
- Send supporting documentation for the payment/settlement of labor charges and contributions for closure/settlement at project completion.
- Provide income statements to current and former employees via the system or email to support their individual income tax filings.
- Issue documents for former employees, when necessary and upon request, for retirement procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources (completed).
- Microsoft Office (intermediate level).
- Knowledge of labor and social security legislation and personnel administration routines.
