Lead and mentor the growing and evolving Product Design team across several product portfolios, providing direction, feedback, and structure to ensure high-quality design output across all product surfaces.
Foster an empathetic and psychologically safe team environment that encourages experimentation, creativity, and professional growth.
Directly contribute to the implementation and optimization process as a hands-on team member, ready to roll up your sleeves and work within the product.
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to deliver user-centric experiences that drive customer activation, engagement, usage, and satisfaction.
Own end-to-end design processes, from discovery and user research through conceptualization, prototyping, testing, and final UI execution.
Establish scalable design systems, documentation, and workflows that increase design velocity and cross-team consistency.
Champion user empathy and usability standards, leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights to inform product decisions and drive continuous UX improvement.

8+ years of experience in UX and product design for web and mobile products, with 3+ years of direct people leadership experience.
Proficiency in our tool stack (Figma, Fullstory, Miro) or similar.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
Solid understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing.
Experience working in an agile development environment, collaborating across disciplines.
