Role Overview
- Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure the adoption of agile and DevOps practices
- Perform technical analyses to identify and resolve issues, improving performance and security
- Document processes and train teams for efficient use of tools and DevOps practices
- Maintain Salesforce infrastructure, ensuring updates and compliance with best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience in Salesforce development and DevOps
- Deep knowledge of Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce declarative tools
- Experience with CI/CD tools, monitoring, and process automation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Developer I and II
- Previous experience in agile environments and continuous integration practices
- Data analysis and detailed reporting skills
