About this role
Role Overview
You lead our DSR team with commitment, clarity and a focus on the essentials.
You ensure excellent customer care, promote your employees' strengths and jointly develop ideas that sustainably improve our processes.
You lead with empathy, clarity and an authentic leadership style.
Together with the Head of Customer Service, you develop and implement new strategies.
You roll up your sleeves to support complex or special customer cases.
You set clear team goals, track progress using KPIs and make adjustments as needed.
You strengthen the team's commercial understanding and further develop your employees' decision-making skills.
Requirements
Leadership experience in customer service or internal sales
Strong understanding of customer needs and excellent communication skills
A solution-oriented, positive mindset and enthusiasm for development — for you and your team
Analytical skills, process awareness and a strong affinity for digital tools
Very good MS Office skills and a confident command of English
Experience with QAD is a plus
