Role Overview
- You’ll develop a territory — and develop yourself along with it
- Support hospitals and clinics in the region
- Increase revenue, margins and reach — with strategy, commitment and sales power
- Prospecting, consulting, product trials, negotiations, closings
- Deliver product innovations and solutions where they’re really needed
- Market, process and stakeholder analyses
- Identify opportunities, create business plans and execute them consistently
- Commercial responsibility for your own territory
- Persuasive communication with procurement, nursing and medical staff
- Projects that truly make a difference
- Standardization, process optimization, product innovations
- Act as a link between management, product divisions & customers
- Maintain a clean pipeline, transparent projects and realistic forecasts
Requirements
- You have a business degree or solid sales experience
- You can demonstrate success in a demanding, competitive market
- You think strategically, work analytically and love solving problems
- You have a high degree of self-motivation, drive and results orientation
- You can inspire people — with words, attitude and competence
- Ideally, you have experience in hospitals or the medical device sector
- You are fluent in German (business level)
- You are proficient with MS Office and have good English skills
