We are the Integrated Management team of the CIO Directorate – PJ Flow and we are seeking a Mid-level Portfolio Management Analyst who enjoys data, automations, projects and challenges!
Here, you will build outstanding dashboards, automate processes, analyze metrics and work on strategic programs that make an impact!
Study data infrastructure proposals.
Data ingestion and transformation – extract data sets using the Data Mesh platform.
Perform comprehensive analyses of available tables and data.
Ensure data quality, availability and integrity.
Develop insights from data and turn them into information for decision-making.
Create, monitor and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs).
Conduct statistical studies to identify patterns and improvement opportunities.
Implement process automations and data routines.
Work on project/program management from conception to final delivery.
Create strategic dashboards in QuickSight.

Experience with AWS (Athena, Glue, QuickSight).
Knowledge of Python for analysis, studies and automations.
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, ceremonies and development flow).
Use of low-code tools such as Alteryx or Knime.
Ability to create and maintain advanced dashboards in QuickSight (focus on usability, accessibility and performance).
Handling democratized datasets on AWS to generate indicators and studies.
Nice to have
Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint).
Experience creating AI agents (Copilot, Stackspot AI).
Experience analyzing indicator performance (e.g., investigating stabilizations, trends and improvement opportunities).
Experience in environments with multiple fronts (governance, communication, portfolio, data).
