Develop automated databases and reports to support the department’s needs (cockpit; BI), focusing on reliability, standardization and uniformity of business KPIs.
Interpret data and proactively generate insights to support strategic business direction.
Develop pricing models based on costs, competition and perceived value, enabling simulations and impact analyses.
Manage implementation workflows for prices, discounts and deferred payments, and track processes to make course corrections when necessary.
Assess market-specific consumption behavior and price sensitivity, applying dynamic pricing where appropriate.
Aggregate, curate and summarize relevant market news with pricing analysis to generate insights and guidance for the commercial team.
Map market pricing and cost dynamics.
Collaborate with other directorate teams to ensure offers are properly positioned.
Promote continuous improvement in pricing and offering processes by identifying and implementing best practices.
Work closely with the sales team, providing data and insights to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required (preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields).
Preferred: Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint; experience with ERPs used in the area.
Strong data analysis skills.
Knowledge of the gas and energy markets.
Understanding of oil pricing processes and other energy product pricing.
Knowledge of statistics and analytical methodologies (e.g., predictive analytics).
Experience with Power BI, SQL, Power Query and commercial management support software such as Salesforce.
