You are the driving force behind our lead generation and are responsible for reorienting our organic visibility.
Platform strategy: Develop and independently implement a systematic optimization strategy to maximize lead generation on our primary external B2B/education platform.
Algorithm & tracking: Systematically analyze the ranking factors of the platform algorithm and build the complete tracking and reporting infrastructure from scratch.
Operational excellence: Continuously optimize course descriptions, titles, and categories, and run A/B tests to increase click-through rates on the platform.
SEO roadmap & architecture: Develop an SEO roadmap and design a structured keyword strategy and content-cluster plan for our website.
Technical foundations: Take responsibility for ongoing technical SEO optimization (Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexing) to ensure the highest technical standards.
Stakeholder management: Collaborate with the Content, Web Development, and Product teams to implement initiatives.
Reporting: Produce weekly performance reports for the Head of Marketing and independently track objectives.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of professional SEO experience (in-house or agency) with demonstrable results.
Deep expertise in content optimization for algorithmic platforms or marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, job boards).
Excellent command of relevant SEO tools (Sistrix, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.) and confident use of Google Search Console & Google Analytics 4.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to manage technical SEO projects.
Strong goal orientation, self-responsibility, and the ability to independently set priorities and structure complex tasks.
Direct, clear, fact-based communication and assertiveness.
Very good command of German and English.
