About this role
Role Overview
- Own the paid media strategy across all platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, emerging channels)
- Build and continuously refine a full-funnel acquisition system (awareness → consideration → conversion → retention)
- Identify and unlock new growth opportunities , channels, and audiences
- Drive profitable customer acquisition at scale (CAC, MER, ROAS, LTV:CAC)
- Manage and optimize significant daily ad spend with accountability to revenue targets
- Develop testing frameworks that consistently improve performance
- Partner closely with creative teams to develop high-performing ad concepts
- Analyze performance across channels and campaigns to uncover insights
- Collaborate with: Creative team, Lifecycle/retention marketing, Product & brand teams
Requirements
- 5+ years in paid media / performance marketing
- Proven experience scaling paid channels profitably (ideally $10k–$50k+/day spend)
- Deep expertise in: Meta Ads (required)
- TikTok Ads (required)
- Google/YouTube (strong plus)
- Strong understanding of: Attribution & tracking
- Conversion rate optimization
- Offer strategy
- Experience in DTC / eCommerce strongly preferred
