Role Overview
- Performance and commitment management: As the accountable conductor of Delivery, you ensure the profitability of our projects (BCS/PCS monitoring) and the control of contractual aspects.
- Customer Success & Business Development: Responsible for client intimacy and satisfaction (NPS process).
- Leadership and Governance: You provide direction and vision to the teams in place.
Requirements
- You have 5 years or more of experience in project management or engagement management and are recognized for your natural leadership.
- Proven expertise in contractual and financial management of complex projects.
- Ability to negotiate and build trusted relationships at the C-level.
- Expertise in anticipating risks and making decisions in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in managing service centers or strategic accounts.
- English proficiency desired.
