Performance and commitment management: As the accountable conductor of Delivery, you ensure the profitability of our projects (BCS/PCS monitoring) and the control of contractual aspects.
Customer Success & Business Development: Responsible for client intimacy and satisfaction (NPS process).
Leadership and Governance: You provide direction and vision to the teams in place.
Requirements
You have 5 years or more of experience in project management or engagement management and are recognized for your natural leadership.
Proven expertise in contractual and financial management of complex projects.
Ability to negotiate and build trusted relationships at the C-level.
Expertise in anticipating risks and making decisions in a dynamic environment.
Experience in managing service centers or strategic accounts.
English proficiency desired.
