Support the budgeting cycle and consolidate the rolling forecast.
Perform monthly cost closings and variance analysis.
Monitor departmental budgets and track action plans.
Analyze accounting ledger accounts and make adjustments when necessary.
Contribute to inventory management, stock counts and production reporting.
Requirements
Knowledge of finance and controllership with a focus on industrial cost management.
Proficiency in costing processes, including cost allocation by cost center and input/raw material pricing.
Advanced MS Office skills, with emphasis on Excel, and experience creating and configuring dashboards in Power BI.
Knowledge of accounting processes and maintenance of internal controls.
Experience in process management and analysis of financial indicators.
Familiarity with SAP is desirable.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
