Role Overview
- Develop and implement Salesforce CRM solutions, ensuring quality and performance.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform maintenance and support of existing Salesforce systems.
- Actively participate in the software development lifecycle, from design through deployment.
- Ensure Salesforce integration with other platforms and systems.
Requirements
- Experience with high-complexity Salesforce projects;
- Proven experience across multiple Salesforce clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Industries;
- Knowledge of APEX development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Vlocity;
- Experience with OM (Order Manager);
- Knowledge of creating/customizing Flows (record-triggered, screen flows);
- Experience with product catalog management and CPQ.
