Role Overview
- Define and monitor strategic customer experience indicators;
- Stratify data and generate analyses that support business decisions;
- Translate data and trends into structured insights for leadership, focusing on opportunities to improve the customer journey;
- Ensure data quality and consistency by applying standards and validations;
- Collaborate with technology and business teams to ensure data meets analytical and operational requirements;
- Define and monitor strategic customer experience indicators.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, statistics, business administration, or related fields;
- Proficiency in Power BI;
- Advanced Excel;
- Experience with SQL is desirable.
