About this role
Role Overview
Define and monitor strategic customer experience indicators;
Stratify data and generate analyses that support business decisions;
Translate data and trends into structured insights for leadership, focusing on opportunities to improve the customer journey;
Ensure data quality and consistency by applying standards and validations;
Collaborate with technology and business teams to ensure data meets analytical and operational requirements;
Define and monitor strategic customer experience indicators.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, statistics, business administration, or related fields;
Proficiency in Power BI;
Advanced Excel;
Experience with SQL is desirable.
