About this role
Role Overview
Lead the full management of construction projects, ensuring delivery within the agreed schedule, cost and scope.
Coordinate the development of executive construction documents, overseeing coordination and adherence to client requirements.
Control schedule, risks, scope, technical assumptions and interfaces between disciplines.
Manage suppliers, contractors and service providers throughout the construction or implementation lifecycle.
Provide commercial support to the department in preparing proposals and presentations for clients.
Conduct follow-up meetings with clients and produce clear, results-oriented executive reports.
Ensure compliance, safety and standardization of Colliers' internal processes.
Act as the project's central technical contact, serving as the client's primary point of contact.
Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related fields.
Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in project and construction management for corporate, commercial, industrial or institutional projects.
Proven experience managing end-to-end projects (planning, execution, control and delivery).
Proficiency in project management methodologies (PMBOK, Lean, Agile, PRINCE2 — certification desirable).
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including clients, designers, suppliers and internal teams.
Experience in critical project review, coordination, scope management and change control.
Proficient in Office 365 tools (Project, Excel, Teams, Planner, OneDrive).
Ability to perform complete technical review of multidisciplinary project documents.
Financial management experience: budgets, CAPEX, cost control, measurement and KPIs.
Skilled at conducting executive meetings, reporting status and managing client expectations.
Analytical and organized profile with strong prioritization and decision-making skills.
Intermediate to advanced English.
