Role Overview
- Identify and acquire potential partners in the housing sector on the German market
- Provide tailored advice to landlords, property owners and property management companies on corporate housing solutions
- Build long-term partnerships
- Support partners by phone, in writing and virtually
- Explain complex tax and financial topics in an understandable way
Requirements
- Professional experience in the real estate sector in Germany
- Ability to explain complex issues clearly
- Confident use of IT systems, CRM tools and digital applications
- Able to work independently, in a structured manner and with a strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent German language skills and a communicative, charismatic personality
