Manage the technical aspects of our projects in collaboration with clients
Foster external collaboration with operational and technical client representatives
Act as the client's internal voice to engineering teams, account managers and product managers
Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Product Development, Support, Product Management and IT
Plan technical projects through to completion, including reporting and project controlling
Work with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives and deliverables
Manage project budgets, schedules and resources
Oversee data integration projects and ensure seamless connectivity between systems
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in a customer-facing technology role, leading technical projects and/or in technical account management in a company or mid-market environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Management, Computer Science or a related field
Extensive experience in project management functions within health technology
Experience leading data integration projects
Strong understanding of IT architecture and experience with clinical systems (HIS, RIS, PACS, ERP) and medical standards (HL7, FHIR, openEHR)
Business-minded, solution-oriented and able to work independently
Strong communication skills and a high degree of customer orientation
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
