About this role
Role Overview
Provide support to customers via email, phone, chat, or ticketing system
Log and track requests until resolution
Assist customers in the use of systems and services
Identify and resolve operational questions
Collaborate with the Customer Success team
Ensure responses within established timeframes
Requirements
Undergraduate degree in progress (final year) or completed (Administration, Accounting, IT, or related fields)
Experience in customer service, support, or Customer Success
Experience in technology companies or SaaS
Experience with electronic tax documents and ancillary tax obligations (SPEDs)
Comfortable using systems and digital tools
Good communication and organizational skills
Experience with CRM (a plus)
Experience in accounting firms (a plus)
