Provide client service for the firm on a variety of matters, focusing on document review, drafting court pleadings, supporting negotiations and structuring strategies to maximize case success and mitigate risks, as well as ensuring compliance with legal standards, contributing to goal achievement and legal certainty. Act as a negotiator and conflict resolver to secure clear and efficient resolutions with a results-oriented approach.
Participate in multiple stages of litigation, from contract review and drafting to representing clients in judicial and administrative proceedings, aiming to mitigate risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver optimal legal solutions that maximize clients’ outcomes.
Carry out, organize and control legal advisory activities, ensuring that commercial transactions, contractual agreements and privacy practices comply with applicable laws and regulations, protecting clients' legal and commercial interests.
Manage and monitor the portfolio of judicial and administrative cases for clients, guide the review and development of pleadings and legal documents in general, and prepare case status and contingency reports using the firm’s proprietary system.
Draft and execute legal instruments of varying complexity, assess risks, perform legal diagnostics and recommend the best legal alternatives to enable achievement of the firm’s objectives.
Specialist in the enforcement/execution phase of judgments (post-judgment enforcement).
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent) with active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); post-graduate qualifications in Civil Procedure, Labor Procedure or Labor Law are a plus, as are specializations in areas such as Corporate Law, Contract Law or Civil Law.
Minimum of 6 months’ experience in law firms or corporate legal departments; advanced knowledge of Civil Law and Civil Procedure, with emphasis on drafting pleadings and contract review; negotiation and conflict-resolution skills; ability to work in a team and excellent oral and written communication; experience with cases in the enforcement/execution phase of judgments.
Legal knowledge in Civil and Procedural Law, legal research, drafting and preparation of pleadings, case and deadline management, negotiation skills and professional ethics.
